ECO 3313: PUBLIC FINANCE (CRN 13594) This course is offered online, commencing on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 and continuing to Wednesday, May 10, 2017. Do NOT plan to take an early vacation! After you have registered, go to MYSJU, click on ACADEMICS, and log into the course. Click on Announcements for Dr. Furfero's Welcome Message and further instructions. Then, check out the Communications Center so that you know that you can access the Message Board in BlackBoard and the Meeting Room in WebEx. Please NOTE that the essay for Discussion Question #1 is due to be posted on the Message Board before 11:00 pm on Monday night, January 23, 2017, with Comments to follow on Tuesday and Wednesday and Responses to conclude on Thursday and Friday. Also, NOTE that this class has a Meeting scheduled for Sunday evening, January 29, 2017, at 7:15 pm. A day or two before the Meeting, Dr. Furfero will email an entry password to all students.
