Section CRN 15394 of this course is offered online, commencing on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 and continuing to Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Do NOT plan to take an early vacation! Please go to the ECO 1301: PRINCIPLES OF MACROECONOMICS website and click on the left-hand menu items for more detailed information about the course and course requirements. To register, go to St. John's University Information System. After you have registered, go to MYSJU, click on ACADEMICS, and log into the ECO 1301: Principles of Macroeconomics (CRN 15394). You may also log into this course directly from Blackboard. Click on Announcements for Dr. Furfero's Welcome Message and further instructions. As soon as you have finished reading the Announcement, send an email to to confirm that you have read the Welcome Message. In your email, include your autobiography in a Word document and a picture of yourself in a separate jpg, png, or gif file to be posted on the Student Bios webpage. Then, check out the Communications Center so that you know that you can access the Meeting Room in WebEx. Please NOTE that the this course requires that you purchase the LearnSmart edition of the textbook and an access code to McGraw-Hill's "CONNECT." Students link to the LearnSmart tutorial and the quizzes through CONNECT. Quiz #1 is scheduled for Monday-Tuesday, January 29-30, 2018. Also, NOTE that this class has several synchronous "meetings" in WebEx. The first WebEx Meeting is scheduled for Sunday evening, January 28, 2018, at 7:00 pm.
